However, due to the instability factors in the experiment, further research is needed. The feasibility of using DC pulse electrolytic polishing method to polish aluminum under alkaline condition was explored. The results show that the method can achieve the leveling effect of DC constant voltage electrolytic polishing, but the leveling speed is slow.
             
             
            2, aluminum alloy die casting and aluminum alloy environmental protection type chemical polishing
             
            It is determined to develop a new environment-friendly chemical polishing technology based on phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, which should achieve zero NOx emission and overcome the quality defects of previous similar technologies. The key to the new technique is to add some compounds with special functions to the base solution instead of nitric acid. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the triacidification polishing process of aluminum, especially the role of nitric acid. The main function of nitric acid in aluminum chemical polishing is to restrain point corrosion and improve polishing brightness. Combined with the chemical polishing test of simple phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, it is concluded that the special substance added in phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid should be able to restrain the point corrosion and slow the total corrosion, and must have a good leveling and polishing effect.
